It does not read all incoming email to learn style. The number of sent emails it reads is limited (typically up to 50) and you control which provider it has access to. You can also add or remove individual examples manually.
The initial style analysis takes under a minute once you trigger it from your account. The quality improves significantly with 20 or more sent email examples. If you've sent fewer than 20 emails from the connected account, you can manually add example replies to supplement what was found automatically.
