Examples are stored privately, visible only to you, deletable at any time.
What to look for in sent emails: a greeting you use naturally, your usual sign-off, the way you handle a follow-up. The more variety, the better the analysis.
For a more thorough and accurate result: Connect your Gmail or Outlook account and let Word.now read up to 100 emails from your Sent folder. This gives a much stronger style match than copy-pasting examples manually. We never read, store, or share any emails that you do not explicitly ask us to access, and we never delete any emails.

No. Word.now does not require any inbox connection at any point. You paste your own example emails manually. This is intentional: it means we never read your inbox, which we consider a core privacy commitment.
