Scheduling questions

Yes - Anyone can book through your link without creating an account. They just pick a time, enter their name and email, and optionally their phone number. The booking is confirmed immediately and both parties receive a confirmation email.
Word.now checks availability in both calendars before displaying open slots to the person booking. When a meeting is confirmed, the event is automatically created in both Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar. Both calendar entries include the booker as an attendee so invite emails are sent from both.
Yes - Your default meeting duration is set in your scheduling settings, but when you share your booking link you can append ?duration=60 (for 60 minutes) to offer a different length. Your booking page respects this and only shows slots long enough to fit the requested duration. You can also generate booking link copies with fixed durations from your dashboard.
